This is not a “supergroup”, this is e dream for every southernrockfan: behind BROTHER OF SOUTHLAND there are HENRY PAUL (Outlaws), JIMMY HALL (Wet Willie), “DANGEROUS” DAN TOLER (Allman Brothers, Dickey Betts & Great Southern), REESE WYNANS (with Stevie Ray Vaughan), STEVE GORMAN (Black Crowes), MIKE BRIGNARDELLO (Nashville Giant), STEFE GRISHAM (along with the Outlaws). Whit this superteam we also have the great bluesguitar of JAY BOY ADAMS and the voice of the American Idol Bo Bice. The record is powerfull, with a great cover of Can’t you see (that take the turbo on the second part of the Dan’s solo). I shared 3 little question with Henry Paul about this project. These are the answers… WALTER GATTI – Hi Henry: could you tell me something about this project?
HENRY PAUL – Brothers Of The Southland started last spring after our producer D. Scott Miller called all the respective members and proposed the idea of making a record together. We had a few meetings a selected songs for the project and we are just now finishing the record.
WG – Old dixie musicians with the “new one ” Bo Bice: how it works?
HENRY - The members are all old friends and brothers of the road and music business for decades. Bo is a product of the American Idol tv series and is a good singer enjoying significant popularity in the United States.
WG – You recorded Can’t you see from Toy Caldwell: why do you choose it?
HENRY - Can’t you see was recorded because everyone thought it might be a good idea to re-introduce that song to a new generation of music fans. It’s something Bo Bice wanted to sing and it fit his singing style…

I regularly participate to a radio broadcast in France that promotes the Country & Western culture and more particularly the music part of it
The name of the radio broadcast is K “89.8 Art libre Fécamp”
What I manage during a weekly broadcast covers several areas of the country music such as Old time, Hillbilly, Bluegrass, Western swing, Cajun, Rockabilly, Honky Tonk, country & western and new country, Austin Outlaws, Southern Rock, Californian Country rock, Country Pop…
Looking at developing the country & western culture and more particularly the country music, I would be readily opened to promote your band in France by sending a sample CD or DVD to my attention
